WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING? 

Simply bring yourself, a mask and maybe a friend to capture all the memorable moments!

AM I ABLE TO ARRIVE ANYTIME WITHIN MY TIME SLOT?

We strongly advise our guests to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your time slot to ensure swift check in allowing you to experience the entire exhibit within your allocated time frame. Your time in the exhibit begins at the start of your time slot and ends at the end of your time slot. 

Last entry is 30 minutes prior to the end time. 

EXAMPLE: 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM time slot; would start at 10:00 AM and end promptly at 11:00 AM. Last entry would be 10:30 AM 

WHERE DO I GET TICKETS?

Right here! Choose your experience, tickets are sold by date and hourly time slot 

 

ARE PROFESSIONAL CAMERAS ALLOWED?

Absolutely! We encourage guests to POSE, SNAP & POST their floral experience. 

CAN I BUY TICKETS AT THE DOOR?

Book it while you still can! While tickets may be available at the door we strongly recommend pre purchasing tickets online in advance.

HOW CAN I SWITCH MY DATE?

Please note, there are no exchanges of any kind.

ARE REFUNDS ALLOWED?

All ticket sales are final and non refundable. 

HOW CAN I CHANGE MY TIME SLOT?

MUST MASKS BE WORN AT ALL TIMES?

Masks are required at all times unless social distancing is feasible.

ARE PETS PERMITTED? 

Unfortunately pets are not permitted within the exhibit.

DO I NEED A TICKET FOR MY CHILD?

Children under the age of 2 are free, children ages 2-12 must purchase child's admission ticket. Children over the age of 12 require a adult admission ticket. 

 

 ARE YOU OFFERING DISCOUNTS FOR STUDENTS/FIRST RESPONDERS/ETC?
