Q. How does this work?

It’s simple! All guests are required to purchase an admission ticket to Pose, Snap & Post in all of our blooming floral backdrops for a full 60 minutes. Whether you’re visiting us for a special occasion or simply coming for a day of photo filled fun The Floral Escape is the perfect place to capture memorable moments to last a lifetime!

Q. What can I do at The Floral Escape?

The options are endless at TFE! We are the photo hub for all photo worthy occasions, TFE's floral activation are the perfect settings for birthdays, content creation, maternity shoots, date nights and all your milestone moments. Let TFE be your canvas as your imagination runs wild!

Q. Do you provide photos or photography services?

While we do not provide any photos or photography services, don't fret we offer for rent bluetooth enabled selfie tripods to capture all your memorable moments. We will help you pair the bluetooth remote with your phone and with a simple press of a button you can take endless photos during your visit yourself.

Q. Can I bring my own camera?

Simply bring yourself, an outfit change or 2 and maybe a friend to share the fun with!

Q. Are changing rooms available on site?

A. Yes there are! All of our bloomies are welcome to bring a change of outfits to fit all of our blooming activations

Q. Am I able to arrive anytime within my timeslot?

We strongly advise our guests to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your time slot to ensure swift check in allowing you to experience the entire exhibit within your allocated time frame. Your time in the exhibit begins at the start of your time slot and ends at the end of your time slot. Last entry is 30 minutes prior to the end time.
EXAMPLE: 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM time slot; would start at 10:00 AM and end promptly at 11:00 AM. Last entry would be 10:30 AM

Q. Where do I get my tickets?

Right here! New Jersey or Miami Choose your experience, tickets are sold by date and hourly time slot.

Q. Can I buy tickets at the door?

Book it while you still can! While tickets may be available at the door we strongly recommend pre purchasing tickets online in advance.

All exchanges must be done through our third party ticketing site (Showclix). Kindly click here to create an account and begin the exchange process

Q. Do I need to purchase a ticket for my child?

Children under the age of 2 are free, children ages 2-12 must purchase a child's admission ticket. Children over the age of 12 require an adult admission ticket.

Q. Are you offering any discounts?

We offer all Veterans and Senior Citizens 10% OFF their tickets, these tickets must be purchased at the door with valid ID in order to receive the discount. For additional discount/promotions please keep an eye for TFE flash sales/promo codes via our social media handles.

Q. Do you have restrooms?

While we do have restrooms at TFE, due to Covid and the safety of our staff, restrooms are for employees only at this time.

Q. Are pets allowed?

Our furry friends are welcome at TFE however we do ask that you kindly keep your pet within arm's length, and either in a carrier or on a leash held by the owner at all times for the safety and comfort of all of our guests

Q. I am only taking the photos, I will not be in the photos. Do I still have to pay?

All guests entering TFE must pay full admission price so don't be shy and join in the photo fun!
